Holistically Whole is a therapy practice geared to provide integrative ways of getting in touch with yourself, healing, processing the past, gaining clarity, insight and focusing on goals in the present. Using a holistic model which combines verbal psychotherapy and creative expression, my focus is finding ways of relating to each client as an individual, tailoring sessions for your specifics needs, taking into account all aspects of the client, in a collaborative process. Movement and body based work can be such valuable resources and being able to provide a space for clients to explore the creative arts as part of their healing journey, is the mission of my practice.
