Introduction

I am a firm believer that we all experience seasons of celebration and struggle in our lives, sometimes simultaneously. These periods of change and transformation can be difficult to navigate on our own, which is where therapy comes into play. I utilize a client-centered and solution-focused approach to counseling. This means that our partnership will be focused on you; together we will find personalized solutions to the daunting challenges you face. All of your identities are welcome in this space and no topic is off the table. Holistic wellness is a key value of mine and I believe we may discover the answers we seek by exploring parts of ourselves that we tend to conceal from others. I thoroughly enjoy supporting teens and young adults through healing and self-discovery, and have 10+ years of experience working with children and adolescents in a variety of settings. My areas of interest within counseling include integrating and connecting with nature, working with fellow queer individuals and psychedelic therapy. Outside of my professional life, I prioritize time spent outdoors in all seasons - skiing, hiking, obstacle course racing and rock climbing are some of my most favorite activities. I am the proud mother of a ball python named Apollo and have four incredible nephews who bring me much joy and laughter!
