Introduction
My name is Rebecca & I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker and Certified Hypnotherapist with over 9 years of experience. My approach is holistic meaning I nurture healing the mind, body, and spirit in a safe, compassionate, and authentic environment. This allows you to explore the limiting beliefs that have kept you from living your truest most authentic, creative & full life. I use a blending of meditation, yogic philosophy, mindfulness, psychotherapy, & hypnotherapy to create a plan that fits you individually. I have had the opportunity to work with many people including teens, young adults, and families with children with disabilities, adults, and seniors. My experience spans the lifetime. I work with people experiencing, grief, chronic illness, life change, anxiety & depression. I bring with me the knowledge of how the stories we have created about ourselves impacts our daily living and wellbeing. With that being said, I have witnessed the healing impact of the therapeutic relationship. I believe in the innate goodness in all people and am dedicated to creating a calm, judgment free environment for self-exploration and growth.
