I believe meaningful change happens when an individual prioritizes themselves and that everyone holds the capacity to not only change, but to flourish. Therapy is an amazing way to start taking steps to heal and grow into the healthiest version of yourself. I utilize evidence-based practices and tailor my approach based on the needs of the client. Together we work collaboratively to identify barriers and find healthy ways to cope with distress or mental health concerns. I will begin this process by being your biggest advocate, however, my end-goal is to make sure that you become that person for yourself.
