There are many times in life where we face challenges that are difficult to overcome. Are you feeling stuck? Stressed? Off-balance because of how things are going? I am here to create a space where you will not be judged, while finding support in navigating the challenges you may be experiencing. Though there is no “quick fix” that works for everyone, my goal is to work to find what works for you. My approach is collaborative and individualized, using mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused treatment modalities.
