Hi! My name is Rebecca Harrison. I enjoy creating an environment where clients feel welcome to process experiences that may feel too overwhelming to address on their own. My goal is to empower individuals with tools to help navigate life. I believe God makes it possible for all people to experience true transformation, and you’ve already taken the first step by seeking out guidance! I like to use tools from models of therapy which are most appropriate for the client. I am trained to provide rational emotive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and I also use tools from attachment-theory. I practice under the supervision of Kimberly Bishop, LPC, CPCS. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and individuals with a variety of needs, such as anxiety, depression, loss, adjustments, identity formation, trauma, and family/relationship troubles.
