Introduction

Are you feeling more stressed now than ever before? If you struggle with anxiety or depression, you may feel distressed and overwhelmed on a daily basis. If you are trying to cope with loneliness, isolation, or anxiety about the future, it can feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. You might also struggle with aging transitions, caregiver burnout, or adapting to retirement issues that are causing unhappiness. If these kinds of stressors are negatively impacting your quality of life, consider turning to a trusted therapist for support. I specialize in working with adults and older adults on a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, aging/caregiver issues, chronic illness, women's issues, menopause, food allergy anxiety, work stress, midlife crises, and ADHD. I provide a warm space to share your feelings, process your stressors, and learn practical coping strategies. When you feel heard and can utilize successful coping methods, you will more successfully weather life's challenges. You are not alone on your journey. I use a combination of talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to help clients achieve their therapy goals. We will work toward your treatment goals in each session together with lots of warmth and support along the way. I offer in-person therapy as well as telehealth. I offer daytime and evening hours, as well as late night hours. Please contact me today for a for a free 15-minute consultation.
