Introduction

I am a wife and mother to four children. I love hiking with my dog, working out and spending time with my family. I have volunteered in youth ministry for over 25 years, been a pastor's wife and through those experiences I have a tender heart for those who have been in ministry or are closely related to a minister. I am committed to helping individuals learn how to thrive in their current stage of life. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. I currently offer in person or telehealth appointments. If you’re interested in scheduling a consultation with me, please send an appointment request. As a professional therapist associate, my supervisors are Mariah LeFeber, PhD LPC BC-DMT and Becca Jones MA LPC LMHC
