Introduction

I have ten years experience working as a licensed psychologist in Oregon with children, teens, families, and adults from a variety of backgrounds. The current focus of my practice is on adult women's mental health. I draw from mindfulness-based, compassion-focused and Internal Family Systems approaches to support my clients to access their inner wisdom to guide the healing process. I am a firm believer that there are good reasons for what we do, even if the outcomes aren't great, and this positive assumption has proven to be a helpful place to start in order to befriend ourselves as we are, appreciate where we've been, and begin making the necessary shifts to let go of what no longer serves us and embody what does. I try to practice non-judgment and value kindness, curiousity, patience, and humor in my work. Lastly, I appreciate being able to do this work not only for how it benefits my clients directly, but also how that goodness radiates out into their relationships with partners, friends, children, and more. I offer a free half-hour consultation to help us determine if what I offer would work for you. I am currently seeing people both by video and in person. Please reach out with any questions!
