Hi, I’m Rebecca Dennis, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Licensed Creative Arts Therapist serving clients in New Jersey and New York. I became a therapist because I’m passionate about helping people move through life’s hardest moments with clarity, confidence, and emotional strength. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, addiction and recovery, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I also support individuals in healing from toxic or narcissistic relationships and those seeking deeper self-discovery and personal growth. My approach is warm, non-traditional, and action-focused. I use an eclectic blend of evidence-based therapies, including CBT and DBT, to create a custom experience for each client. You'll leave every session with practical tools to manage emotions, set boundaries, and start feeling better—often right away. I believe therapy should be a place for real change—not just talk.
