Introduction

We are living in a time of uncertainty which can create anxiety. Throughout our lives we can have difficult moments that stay with us. Where you are now, where you came from, how you are treated, all influence thoughts, feelings, and functioning. I support my clients through the healing process by meeting them where they are and engaging their strengths. I work with individuals around perinatal mental health challenges, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, low self-esteem, and life stage adjustment. There are times when you may need support to walk through hard moments and tap into your abilities. We all have innate skills to handle many difficulties that life brings our way. My supportive, interactive, and trauma-informed practice utilizes an individualized blended approach of Cognitive-Behavioral, EMDR, Brief Counseling, and Gestalt therapies. In a safe, supportive, positive environment we will work to identify unhelpful patterns and create new ways of thinking to improve emotions, perceptions, or challenges that may be impeding you from living your best life. We'll incorporate some fun too. Let's get started.
