Introduction

Rebecca is an IFS informed therapist, veteran and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Oregon and Washington with over 10 years of experience working in the behavioral health arena. Rebecca takes a trauma informed approach that is rooted in attachment, somatic experience, integration, eastern philosophy and harm reduction. Her specialties include treating anxiety, depression, psychosis, complicated grief, complex trauma and more. Her intention is to partner with clients wherever they are along their journey and craft a space for intention, authenticity, trust and evolution. Rebecca helps others understand and communicate with the nervous system, examine difficult agreements and beliefs and integrate values into their lives, which supports meaningful change and improved quality of life.
