Introduction

Clinical training in sex and relationship therapy as well as medical trauma provides a through understanding of the things that most cause suffering. Generational patterns in relationships are hard to recognize and repair, as are the sources of physical and emotional pain that create suffering. I listen for patterns and utilize science based tools to support the change you desire. The body keeps the score of our history and often lifelong stressors become trauma without proper processing and healing tools.
