I am an EMDRIA Certified EMDR therapist committed to helping adults in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio move beyond merely coping to reaching the healing and relief they need. My experience with EMDR has been life-changing both personally and professionally. I am passionate about sharing this therapeutic approach with my clients and being part of their healing journey. I also provide EMDR intensive sessions. EMDR intensives are long session formats of several hours, full day, or multi-day. You can often work through many issues intensively and efficiently to get the healing/relief you are looking for much quicker than weekly sessions. Insurance does not cover intensive sessions.
