My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable space for you to come as you are, and to honor your needs by working towards your goals at your pace. I have experience and enjoy working with adults interested in building authentic connections in interpersonal relationships, and changing intergenerational patterns. My treatment approach includes attachment theory, trauma-informed, psychoanalytic, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and strengths-based interventions. I believe humans are resilient and capable of change. I am committed to supporting you in your process of healing, recovery, and finding joy in life.
