I am a licensed professional counselor associate (#91799) supervised by Casey Harris, M.S. NCC, LPC-Supervisor #69299. My background is in working with children and teenagers as a school counselor. I have a Master of Arts in School Counseling and am a licensed professional counselor associate. I have a masters degree in Education focusing on curriculum and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. I have been working with children and teens for more than 24 years. My heart is in helping youngsters and young adults to know their value, build confidence and help them through the tough stuff. I have experience working through trauma, ADHD, helping students on the spectrum and students with high anxiety. I use Cognitive behavior therapy, and narrative therapy to help students to grow, learn to reframe and reflect. I am a big encourager, and I have a heart to meet students just as they are--allowing them to just be and to become their best.
