Introduction

Hi, I'm Reagan and I am the founder of Wild Roots Individual and Couple Therapy. As a marriage and family therapist, it is my goal to help individuals live more fulfilling and joyful lives! My work encompasses helping people to understand the many parts of themselves that can show up throughout their lives by using different therapeutic modalities including internal family systems (IFS) therapy. Through this work, I hope to inspire healing, greater compassion, and more meaningful connections. I've helped couples with premarital checkups, communication issues, feeling disconnected, life transitions, and more. I've also helped individuals to understand the many parts of themselves that may show up throughout life. I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space where I can help you to navigate the many challenges of life and relationships. Our work together can help you live a more fulfilling life with stronger and more meaningful relationships. It would be an honor to be a part of your journey.
