Introduction

Welcome to RCL Counseling. My name is RC Lehman, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Paul Irby, LPC-S (#60529). My journey here is shaped by years of personal and professional experience, all of which have fueled my passion for helping others. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Tarleton State University (2007) and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (2024). Before entering the field of counseling, I dedicated over a decade to public service as a law enforcement officer, EMT, and a brief time in the U.S. Navy. These roles taught me the value of resilience, adaptability, and the importance of mental health for those who serve their communities. As a single father of three boys, I’ve personally navigated the challenges of divorce, custody battles, and the emotional toll they bring. Professionally, I have worked extensively in mental health and crisis response, particularly with individuals involved in the criminal justice system. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of trauma, grief, and personal growth. Today, I specialize in mental health care for the “servant hearts” of the world. I work with clients aged 13 and older, including first responders, healthcare professionals, lawyers, preachers, and single parents. My mission is to help you rebuild and find your way back to the best version of yourself—mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Together, we will focus on the journey of healing and growth, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way.
