I'm a Southern California psychologist with over 30 years of experience helping people get their lives back in balance when it's gotten to be too much to handle alone. If that sounds like you and what's worked for you in the past just isn't cutting it anymore, let's talk! I provide a confidential place to sort out what's not working in your life. We'll work together to clarify what you have the power to change, reinforce skills critical to your success, and support you as you build the confidence you need to make those changes. I work with adults who find their lives disrupted by unexpected career problems, failed relationships, exposure to life-threatening situations, and the effects of serious accidents and illnesses. I have particular expertise working with police, fire, and medical first responders, as well as adults who can't "shake off" the memories of childhood abuse. Working together we can build a safe, supportive space that allows you to express what you need to, explore your inner experience without judgment or shame, and learn new, more effective solutions to the problems you face.
