Introduction

Hi! I am Raylene Fossum, and I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of Utah. I have been working in this field for over 9 years and I love helping people and seeing them succeed. I am trained in CBT, DBT and EMDR therapy, most of my work has been working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and relationship issues. I also work with individuals who have experienced traumatic events such as sexual assault and domestic violence. My work includes working with different populations such as teens, young and older adults, couples, families, men and women and the LGBTQIA+ communities. Having a safe, judgement free and open space to heal is important to me and I enjoy making a difference in people's lives for the better.
