Introduction

Welcome, and congratulations on taking the first step toward healing! Choosing therapy is a powerful act of self-care, and I am honored to guide you on your journey toward a more balanced, fulfilling life. Whether you're navigating the lasting effects of trauma or sexual abuse, feeling disconnected from your body, struggling with anxiety or depression, or looking to enhance your intimate relationships, I am here to support you. I specialize in working with survivors of trauma, including sexual abuse, and have a deep commitment to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. I understand how challenging it can be to reclaim your sense of safety and wholeness, but I believe that healing is not only possible—it's transformative. My approach is holistic, recognizing the deep connection between mind and body. Through trauma-informed therapy, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), I help you process painful experiences and find freedom from the past. I also offer somatic practices to address the stress and emotions that are often held in the body, helping you release tension, ease anxiety, and cultivate a sense of calm. Somatic and mindfulness techniques are especially powerful for managing anxiety and depression, as they help you reconnect with the present moment, build emotional resilience, and develop healthier coping strategies. In addition to traditional therapy, I am a tantric-inspired coach, focusing on improving intimacy, love, and connection in your relationships. Whether you're looking to deepen your emotional connection or enhance your physical intimacy, I can help you navigate these areas with compassion and insight. I draw on a wide range of therapeutic techniques to meet your unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness meditation, and body-based practices. Together, we will work to release stored tension, ease anxiety, lift depression, and empower you to live with greater joy, connection, and authenticity. You deserve to live fully in your body and mind, free from the weight of past trauma and emotional pain. Let's work together to help you heal, grow, and thrive.
