We strive to enhance emotional and psychological well-being while nurturing each person’s distinct potential. We understand counseling has always had a negative stigma and we hope to help change this narrative. We work well with all populations, yet have a niche for clients who feel therapy is not helpful or are skeptical about change. We are energetic, empathic and will challenge you to see your strengths while supporting your journey. Helping individuals find their voice and empowering them to be better and stronger each day is what keeps us in this profession. We welcome all healing journeys including, but not limited to, substance use/abuse, oppositional defiant behaviors, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, suicide ideation, trauma, self-esteem, and parenting concerns.
