Lesley Boutah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She accepts clients starting at age 18 and up. She received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from San Diego State University, with a concentration in Mental Health. Lesley has been working in the mental health field for over 15+ years. Lesley believes in the person centered approach, and is mindful that there is no one size fits all towards therapy. She utilizes a combination of evidence based treatment and supportive therapy. She has a special interest in concerns related to intergenerational trauma, acculturation/assimilation, racism/microaggressions on one’s mental health. Lastly, Lesley respects that vulnerability takes courage. Her non-judgmental stance, and use of validation will create a safe space for clients in a treatment setting. It's the highest honor to have a patient's trust, and she will use that therapeutic relationship to help clients propel themselves to becoming a better version of themselves.
