My purpose as a therapist is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental, and healing space for you to unpack and understand the challenges you are going through. I will strive to listen, learn, and validate you as we move through the therapeutic process. My goal is to create open dialogue where you feel comfortable being yourself as we discuss everyday life challenges. I am a social justice advocate and dedicated to serving persons of the BIPOC, AAPI, and other communities experiencing race based traumatic stress.
