Introduction

I appreciate you taking time to stop by. What brings you here today is important and is waiting to be attended to. You might have experienced painful life experiences or relationships that have left a lingering impact on you. You might be feeling disconnected from yourself and others or unable to experience joy in your life. Maybe you are struggling after a big change or after losing someone or something important in your life. Perhaps you find yourself stuck in relationships or unwanted places that keep you from growing and becoming the person you want to be. My own experience and my professional training have prepared me to have a deeper understanding of a person’s efforts to heal and make changes in their lives. Over time, I have come to know the importance of having a psychotherapist that can provide a safe space to embark in the personal and unique journey that is therapy. My intention is to be that therapist for you! I am a bilingual and bicultural therapist that welcomes and respects diversity. My approach in therapy is relational, depth oriented, strengths based, and trauma informed. I appreciate humor, honesty, respect, and commitment as part of the therapeutic work.
