Introduction

Through a variety of therapeutic modalities, I take each opportunity available to assist children and families during some of their most difficult times. I provide therapy on an individual and family basis. I have extensive training in trauma therapies and the effects on everyday living but also work with general anxiety, depression and other mental health concerns. I am focused on meeting the client wherever they are in their current state and finding a way to provide them with a safe environment that is focused on healing. At Safe Harbors, we provide hope during life's storms.
