I received my Bachelor's degree from Clark University. In addition, I also hold a Master in Social Work from University of Pennsylvania. I am a practicing LCSW in CT with over 15 years of experience working with clients in both medical and community settings. My style is warm, empathetic and respectful. My specialities include helping individuals who are coping with life transitions, chronic illness, relationship issues, stress, anxiety, depression and the challenges that come with each stage of life. I utilize multiple treatment approaches based on individual client need. Some approaches may include CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness Based Strategies and Motivational Interviewing. Working with young adults to seniors, I offer a safe place to receive support and work on goals. Together we can create a path forward to live your best life.
