In my therapy practice, I look forward to working with you to improve your self-confidence, relationships, communication gaps, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, trauma, and professional or personal transitions that affect your daily well-being. These may be challenging times but together we can develop new coping skills, improve your mental and physical health, and create more happiness in your life. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment for everyone. I assist clients build healthy relationships, self-trust and confidence.
