My name is Raishelle Meagher, I am a licensed to provide therapy in California, Florida & South Carolina. I work with high achieving women who struggle to prioritize their own needs. They are overwhelmed with the guilt or shame they have carried with them for years. They may be the one who meets the needs of everyone else over her own. The constant worry, fear, difficulty concentrating, trouble sleeping, under or over eating, emotional reactivity & irritability may feel like it has taken over-I am here to help you connect, grow & find peace. Using a holistic approach, I assist my clients to effectively face life challenges in a safe and connected environment. I work with attorneys, teachers, nurses, doctors, high level government employees & contractors, pastoral staff, home school mothers and women just like you who have found it difficult to begin therapy or haven't yet found the right fit. I see clients weekly or biweekly and focus on processing traumas, finding the root cause of symptoms & building skills to thrive. We will go at your pace and I will incorporate any level of faith you are comfortable with. I also offer therapy intensives for individuals, couples & families who do not have the time to invest in weekly therapy or who are ready for a more intensive approach. We identify key issues and address them in an extended session. Maybe 1 time, maybe for several days in a row or on a semi regular basis. We will work together to find the best approach for you. Intensive sessions are available weekdays, evenings and weekends. Groups Women's anxiety groups & homeschool moms groups meet weekly.
