Introduction

Thank you for choosing TriSource Counseling Services for your mental health needs! At TriSource, I firmly believe that each of us has the capacity to heal. This belief guides my approach to mental health and wellness, recognizing that true healing involves much more than just addressing the symptoms, but requires self-care for the entire person. Just as a broken bone needs time to heal, so does a broken heart. Therapy is a process that gives you the space and time to work through your most difficult challenges. It can also be a space to learn helpful tools that lead to greater personal awareness and insight. TriSource offers goal-oriented counseling, specializing in anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, ADHD, and many other challenges. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Licensed Minister with an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College, Wheaton, Illinois. I have over 25 years of experience working with adolescents, individuals, and couples in in-patient, outpatient, group, and home settings. Although my primary focus is integrating faith-based counseling with evidence-based therapeutic practices, my experiences working with diverse populations have allowed me to provide mental health services to people of all backgrounds. Therapy can be hard work. I invite you to take the journey, go through the process, and work towards achieving your goals! Again, welcome - and thank you for choosing TriSource Counseling Services!
