Introduction

I help adults and adolescents deal with depression, anxiety, life stressors, chronic illness, and relationship concerns using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Through my clinical work, I have gained an understanding that living with mental health symptoms impacts everything one does in daily life.
