Introduction

I believe that one of the bravest things that you can do is learn about yourself and your story, and then work to change the narrative. I work with people who are struggling to find their balance at this time. It is difficult to try to find traction in life, and struggle in your journey. My specialty is working with individuals and couples living with chronic illness and/or pain, neurodivergent folx, and anxiety. I want you to know that by seeing you authentically and individualizing therapeutic treatment, and treating you as a whole person, I believe that I can help you heal. I have advanced training in utilizing EMDR therapy. In addition, I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Brainspotting, EFT, DBT skills, and mindfulness-based techniques to help my clients facilitate change. Utilizing these therapeutic methods, I have seen that people can rediscover themselves, and improve their ability to fully engage in their lives. I believe that you can do the same.
