My goal as a psychotherapist is to offer individuals an environment that is safe, empowering, and collaborative. Together, we will explore and figure out a unique plan that will help in the mist of an individual struggles and learn new strategies that can help through their obstacles. Once that happens personal growth, self-awareness and change can take place. Through the therapy process, I will help individuals learn how to effectively cope with the stressors of their lives. At the same time, I will help individuals become aware and understand the underlying causes and patterns that contribute to some of the stress they are experiencing.
