Introduction

I have familiarity working with individuals with a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress from significant life changes, and substance use. I provide clients with a person-centered approach that is reassuring and nonjudgmental. I strive to be sex-positive, culturally sensitive, and LGBTQ+ affirming. I understand that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so I incorporate a blend of many different approaches to ensure that you are receiving the best possible care for you. I am a Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Practitioner as well as an ART trainer. ART is a brain-based and evidence-based therapy that is proven to be highly effective in treating trauma, depression, grief, phobias, anxiety, OCD, and addiction. ART may provide rapid relief in as few as 3-5 sessions. I strive to create a safe environment where people can feel comfortable, supported and understood as they begin on their journey of personal growth. As you take this step, it would be my honor to work alongside you as you make positive changes in your life.
