Introduction
My focus is to support your journey, through and through. For many of us, the concept of "beginning" this healing work can feel overwhelming. My goal is to support and guide you through this, whether it is entirely new or something you have ventured down for some time now, and to utilize a gentle, open, and safe approach towards expanding on more awareness to this process. I have worked in social-emotional programs within schools, expressive arts-based therapy, run after-school programs, and currently focus on incorporating more mindfulness, journaling, and emotional/strengths-based therapeutic strategies. Current openings for morning/day-time!
