Welcome! My name is Rachel and I am a University of Colorado Denver graduate with a Master’s degree in counseling psychology. My passion for helping others began when I saw vast inequities in the education system. I was drawn to support young people and their families. I work as a school counselor and do private practice part time. My experience as a high school counselor lends a unique lens when supporting adolescents and their families. Since the pandemic began, I saw the need for people to be able access support virtually. Thus, Tele Talk About It, a virtual mental health platform where you can access therapy from home, was created. I look forward to supporting you and your therapeutic goals!
