I am skilled in addressing women's issues and committed to helping women of every life stage learn how to build confidence and to take charge of all areas in their life. My work focuses on targeting ineffective interpersonal communication skills, maladaptive behaviors, limiting belief systems, and poor habits that are preventing women from being their authentic selves. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping my clients create unique therapy goals. I’m passionate about advocating, creating, and holding space for women and I am interested in participating in workshops, speaking engagements, webinars, and podcasts.
