Introduction

The new moon is an astrological event that happens once per month and signifies a time for transformation. It is a time for a fresh start, setting goals, and contemplating positive life changes. Welcome. I'm Rachel, owner of New Moon Counseling, LLC. My goal is to assist my clients in becoming their true selves. I have been working in the mental health field for over a decade with many types of populations, in many types of settings. Throughout all those years I have discovered that my passion is to help assist people in removing their mask and forming a connection with themselves that they never knew was possible. My counseling style is eclectic and I have experience working with many therapeutic modalities. My techniques are not limited and ever changing with new information being discovered. I focus on shadow-work, mindfulness, and holistic treatment styles. My goal is to incorporate the mind, body, and spirit. My clients can expect supportive compassion and empathy while also being challenged. I am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Practitioner which means I can assist clients with natural remedies for mental health issues, if they choose. We all have the power within us to make positive changes, learn about ourselves, set goals, and feel better. You don't have to wait any longer for help. I hope to guide you into your own transformation.
