Introduction

Welcome friend! We often enter therapy in the midst of some experience of turmoil that has become a bit (or a lot) unruly. You are taking a risk to open up and I am honored to hold space and help you express and address. Therapy will take different directions pending your needs and priorities. And you will always remain the driver choosing your path and speed. I am an experienced clinical psychologist with a demonstrated history of working in outpatient and inpatient mental healthcare. My orientation is based in keeping each unique person at the center, understanding the social layers around, and the feelings/thoughts within that may be influencing wellbeing. I have a generalist background, skilled with addressing co-occurring issues (anxiety and substance use), and also specialize in the empirical based treatment of anxiety, OCD, and trauma/PTSD. With me, I hope you will feel safe enough so that you can take new interpersonal and emotional risks to improve your life, begin to ease stress, and live more fully with flexibility.
