Whether you're looking to work on managing your anxiety or depression, provide support during a major transition in your life or help you break some patterns of behavior that are no longer serving you, I can offer my knowledge and experience to help you. My main focuses are anxiety therapy and relationship counseling. I am passionate in my work in reducing suffering from anxiety through therapy. My understanding of Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Phobias and OCD help me treat clients in successfully reducing their suffering from anxiety. In my 10+ years of providing therapy for anxiety, I most appreciates watching clients lead more present, joyful and fulfilling lives when they better understand and cope better with anxiety.
