Introduction

I partner with those frustrated with their sleep & desperate for more restful nights. I treat insomnia, nightmares, circadian rhythm disorders, shiftwork struggles, and bedtime procrastination. Treatment for insomnia typically only takes 8 sessions. Together, we can develop a treatment plan to you get the restorative sleep you need. During which we can also work with your prescriber to get you off of sleep aids. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) & other evidence-based techniques to identify and addressing the root causes of your insomnia. Are you super anxious about sleep and how you'll function the next day? Do you look at the clock at 4am and sigh? Is your lack of sleep preventing you from living your best life? Even if you've been struggling for decades or have a complex case, this is an effective treatment. Schedule a free consult to discuss your situation & what treatment looks like. I personally struggled with insomnia for over a decade and I thought I was doomed to bad sleep until I discovered CBT-I and was cured in 6 weeks. CBT-I changed my life and I was so inspired that I dedicated my career to helping others sleep better. Reach out today for a free consult so we can work together to get you more restful sleep and improve your life!
