Rachel has a diverse background specializing in cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and dialectical behavioral therapy modules. Her professional experience includes six years working with children and adolescents in educational and mental health settings. She also has over a year of experience helping individuals with substance-use and mental health diagnosis, empowering them to achieve their goals without the use of substances. As a clinician, she supports individuals and groups in managing their trouble areas, and highlights the importance of celebrating victories, no matter how big or small, when goals are achieved.
