Introduction

I believe the strongest tool in therapy is the therapeutic relationship between a therapist and client. I use a collaborative approach in my treatment, specializing in treating people who desire recovery from addiction, those who are struggling with infertility, and individuals living with depression and anxiety. I work closely with each of my clients utilizing an eclectic approach: I incorporate CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapeutic modalities as well as traditional talk therapy. My focus is helping my clients create the life they've always wanted and living it to their full potential.
