LCMHC Rachel Oblak
Specialties: PTSD, Trauma, Abuse Survivors, Life Transitions, Compassion Fatigue,

Introduction

I love to work with people who seek to move beyond symptom management and are ready for a deeper process of self-knowledge and change as well as those who are forced by life circumstances to re-evaluate the foundations of their worldview, relationships, and sense of Self. Change is most effective when it’s self-chosen and when it’s an outgrowth of insight, thus I will encourage you, challenge you, and accompany you in looking deeply within yourself to bring into awareness the unconscious and to facilitate a process where you can grow more fully into your Self and develop a greater sense of vibrancy, autonomy, and wholeness in life. In addition to working with a number of general issues, I have a special focus on the following: trauma and PTSD; cult recovery; and burnout, compassion fatigue, and secondary traumatic stress. You can find out more about my treatment approach to each of these areas on my website: www.racheloblak.com
