I have 25 years of experience helping people remove barriers to wellness that prevent joy and success in life. I will assist you in finding purpose and meaning in life and cutting through the chaos many of us find ourselves lost in. Many individuals just want to "feel good" again. With my gentle and compassionate approach, I will guide you to a place of balance and joy. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which is an evidence-based practice & a highly effective way to treat many issues including trauma recovery, negative thinking, anxiety, & depression, helping you to experience more joy & be more in the moment. I offer career counseling support as well and I will provide you with the tools you need to explore and identify your life's vocation. As an art therapist, I guide you to find inspiration and satisfaction in life.
