My name is Rachel Mims (she/her). My goal as a therapist is to provide you with a safe, supportive, and judgement-free environment in order to facilitate mental, emotional, physical and spiritual healing. I served in the U.S. Army for 10.5 years so I have a passion for helping other veterans and their families. I have focused on working with those who have experienced trauma, and individuals that are dealing with stress, anxiety, and depression. I am an art therapist and I love to use creative methods with my clients when they are open to it. I am also certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy and trained to provide both Horticulture Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I focus on meeting you where you are and providing you with what you need to see improvement in your life. Together we will develop goals and a plan to help you achieve your dreams.
