Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have over 20 years of experience with individuals, couples, children and teens. I have conducted in-home therapy, in-person therapy, and teletherapy. While I have worked with a variety of mental health issues over the years, I primarily focus on anxiety, depression, life changes in general, parenting, trauma, and marital issues. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship as what drives best outcomes, along with working outside of the therapy sessions. I am here to listen, encourage, support, and guide my clients throughout their journey. I look forward to working with you and helping you reach your goals! I offer sliding scale for persons who don't have insurance and/or cannot afford my full rate. If you are interested in scheduling an appointment, please send me an appointment request!
