Introduction

Hi. My name is Rachel Long and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I specialize in treating those impacted by trauma and loss. I am trained in EMDR and I enjoy using a combination of IFS and EMDR to bring healing and hope to those suffering from PTSD and other related disorders. I also enjoy using ACT tools to treat OCD and other anxiety disorders. My clinical approach is based on the unique needs of every individual - I value non-judgment and compassion through the process of treatment believing that in order to heal, we must learn to love our whole self - as we all work very hard to live in an imperfect world.
