My name is Rachel Lefkowitz and I am a licensed clinical social worker committed to helping individuals learn strategies to change unhealthy thoughts and behaviors. My work focuses on targeting ineffective/unhelpful beliefs and challenging clients to recognize the spiral effect they can have (i.e. painful feelings and strained relationships with one's self and others).
