I am glad you're here! I have a passion for helping people grow and navigate through the challenges life may present. I work primarily with teens, young adults, and couples, treating a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, family conflict, life transitions, communication skills, stress management, panic, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, trauma, and more.
